Ingame Mailbox empty

Currently my ingame mailbox does not contain any items even though it should contain vip rewards after one week, core2021 preview and special offers. Restarting the app or relogging to facebook won’t help.

Ingame mailbox is still empty and ingame support is not replying for 4 days now. I have vip rewards i could not claim. nobody cares?

The Inbox was fixed until i selected the first item and opened it (vip reward). Since that moment the inbox is empty again and only end of event items are visible in the inbox. No other items, like special offers, core2021 preview, suggestions, anouncements, etc. are shown. My follow up vip rewards are also not accessible from the inbox.
I replied one hour after support answered (06/11) that the inbox is still empty with no answer or fix until now.

After wating 5 days for a fix or reply reporting this issue the first time i am now waiting another 6 days without being noticed or getting an answer. This is way longer than a reply within one to three days as it should be.

It is fixed now. Ty, but the time it took is not acceptable.
Maybe you install a vip membership priority service for ingame issues?
This will bring back some value we lost with the change of the non dupe pack policy
