{INVESTIGATING} Game won't load with new update

I am using an ipad with IOS10.3.4 and game gets to 20% and stops and disappears after I downloaded new update. I can’t access customer service.

I am also having this issue, I hope they correct it long enough so I can do a backup!I have been playing this game for years

me too, my alliance is going to be mad. I have a lot of time invested into my roster, it would be so sad to lose it all.
