Is Decktester Still a Thing?

I’m not sure where else to ask this but…
Is http://decktester.com/Cards still being updated? It’s a really amazing reference site and it’s one of the things that make this game feel un-beta. Anyway, I wasn’t sure if they were affiliated with D3 or if it was fan made.

It’ll be a long time until something that intuitive and useful is implemented into the actual game…
