I’ve been trying to tell one of my alliance mates that no he can’t get dino from taco vault… then I saw his foot icon for myself! (Still not in the vault though)
Anniversary week is very soon so I am just going to take it as a sign that he’ll be added to general population afterwards.

I happen to see it last night also. After 25 tries I landed on the Devil Dino symbol. It turns out that it was a Legendary token. I tried two more times afterwards to see if devil dino token was still there just to confirm. It wasn’t there anymore. So I assume that the Devil Dino is the symbol they used for the Legendary token.
If you are wondering, I did not pull SS.
The Dino icon is a placeholder icon. The Legendary Token has no icon (yet), so Devil Dinosaur lends his foot.
