is enshrouding mist part of the starter deck that comes with gideon battleforged?

I remember it being included as I originally made
the mistake of wondering why I needed a 1/1
buff for one turn. so actively removed it to make
room for something better
I’m not so sure now that someone proved to me
that they don’t own enshrouding mist despite
having g1.
