If you’re invisible, nothing can target you. Team damage can still hurt you.
Long established that AOE hits invisible characters.
And here I thought when I clicked into this thread, it was going to be about how stupidly OP the support is and how it makes PVP worse.
It should only be equippable to Runaways imo.
There are also some powers that aren’t AOE, but that don’t target a specific enemy, that can do damage while you’re invisible.

Yep. There is a huge difference between a team of boosted 672 with the required and whether the team has Leapfrog or not.
Just effing ban the use of all supports in PVP. Period.
The metas are terrible enough as it is already…
I assumed everyone was using Omega Red in his boost week making Leapfrog no problem at all? Or is this a SHIELD Sim problem?
May be this week but it is a problem with every week when the booster does not have an AOE

Rebalance everyone to have an AOE attack!
I went with offensive supports in cap marvels pvp because I figured leap frog would be useless with boosted OR, but almost every one was still running leap frog on cap marvel. I’m not sure if it was to have protection from a nuke with leap frogs away, or if everyone is so used to always running it that they just went with it.
The very presence of leap is a defensive scarecrow people tend to skip leapfrog more than other supports irrespective of a boosted AOE character in the week
Leapfrog is still valuable while OR is boosted because there are teams that can do insane dmg turn 1 and your OR is likely going to be in front when that happens. Boosted is great until you eat 200k+ dmg turn 1 from a 1a5 Spidey.
Some players have pretty limited supports to pick from, so they may not have anything besides leapfrog, or anything better.
And yeah, not everyone is running Omega Red.
Thanos boost week incoming, another bad week for Leapfrog!
Thanos has to down someone for his aoe though, so you gotta get through leap frog first.
