Is the Wind Storm Team Up broken?

I have a Level 94/5 Wind Storm Team Up - which only does 357 damage to the team before stunning for 4 turns.

That doesn’t quite seem right, does it?

Seems likely, yes. Though that topic mentions nothing about team ups.

True you might want to file a bug report just so they know it can also effect team-ups.

I’ve been seeing the enemy AI’s TU’s doing something similar, which can be great, depending if you are the one that owns the AI team using crappy TU’s or if you are the one actually playing against said team…

The Hulk TU (from last event) like lvl200+ only does 300+ damage, I’m sure that’s a bug too? Otherwise not much point in keeping them for challenging matches.
