btw why is there only Dr Doom on Steam loading screen instead of the three doctors mentioned by Nonce 
They forgot Thor, aka Dr. Blake.
Or would they be considered 2 different people?
If you really want to get technical, what about Beast, aka Dr. McCoy, and Moonstone, aka Dr. Sofen?
(now if only they could add Dr. Reed Richards we would have enough doctors to open our own private practice

I wouldnt get your hopes up for a doom buff. The most obvious explanation is that they are releasing doc ock, and hes a doc, so itd be fun to put all of the docs on the loading screen. Thats it and thats all .
The Doctor’s arm lines up with the little power shot that IM35 once fired and Hulk is also green. I think it is mostly aesthetic.
I thought he was there to celebrate
becoming the new Captain America.
And, yes, there is only Doom on Steam.
Nonce, what is the meaning of the wall of symbols in your post?
These are the characters that use each color. There needs to be a : nobody : icon as a spacer. Due to the icon size disparity, using 
works better for readability than using a blank.
I tried making some adjustments.
Got ya. So those Iso-8 Brotherhood guys are nobodies. Makes sense. Otherwise they wouldn’t be Osborn’s test subjects 
Parker did not earn his doctorate; this was a great outrage to Doc Ock when he took over Parker’s body and people wouldn’t call him Doctor.

Deliberate, yes. Hidden meaning, not so much.
IIRC, Doom got kicked out of college so he never gets his doctorate actually.. And Spoiler Alert Peter Parker did become a doctor.. Only after doc Ock took his body and made him finish college
