But how? I don’t get it. 6 clears from the get go? I am not sure I will get that much with six clears just before the sub ends

Well… My question still stands however…
Even though I think I know now. My assumption is that the 33ish k guys did not wait for “optimal” clears, and just ground to 6 clears from the start.

Can someone confirm this? I am still trying to understand how the game works

Seems likely. Starting all the timers on the last sub yields around 25K Points, so Another 8 from hitting them two more times doesn’t seem unlikely.

Yes, OP, that player played suboptimally by grinding early. Nothing out of the ordinary here.
