I’m trying to make sure my scaling doesn’t get too crazy, but I am starting to level up more of my 3*s as I get more covers so I have more options for the events.
So far I’ve been leveling the “top tier” 3*s as I get covers for them but leaving everyone else alone.
Two questions:
How many covers should I get for someone before they’re really useful in PVE?
How many levels above my champed 2s is safe for my 3s to be without jacking the scaling?
You don’t need to worry much about scaling unless you open a legendary token and get a 5 star which is why you shouldn’t until you have a few champed 3 stars.
To answer your question about covers: Depends on the character, depends on the colors. A 0/5/5 Iron Fist has everything it wants but max level, while a 1/5/1 Cyclops is going to spend most of the match with his thumbs up his butt. Generally speaking though you’ll want a high enough max level to bring them in with your 2*s and at least 3 covers in their useful skill.
