Italia II is for those who can get the legendary token in each pve and is always in TOP50

so if you’re in the lower brackets say, TIER 3 usually but do really good in 1 event, do you bump up to TIER 1 for that event, or it’s locked?

I am interested in joining team II or III. My current alliance just had some people leave and they can’t place high enough anymore. I have most 3*s fully covered. Waiting on iso to level them one by one. I get the legendary on every PVE except this most current 7 day. I score at least 650 in each PVP. Going to go for 1000 each PVP once my roster is more fully leveled. Thanks for the consideration.
