When was the last time they actually nerfed a character post release?

Last 2 chars to be nerfed post-release were IF and Mystique. Right around the time ProX came out

Oh, and 2* Mags.

I wouldn’t consider Moonstone’s adjustment a nerf.

I wouldn’t consider Moonstone’s adjustment a nerf.

They removed a feature, the CD control, that was unique on 2* realm. Oh and they removed that CD counter from two 3*s too (she hulk and oct), leaving less options for that.
