How do you work that out? The black passive could well be good once ascended to 5star, particularly as it doesn’t require Kaine to tank in order to crank out free protect tiles. The rest of his kit seems pretty tame to me ---

This one will depend entirely on what his numbers look like at 4\* or 5\*. The 3\* numbers are very very low, but his stuff is super cheap. ---
