Bug:
Dack Fayden (VG) Arixmethes and a fractal in play. Kamsina’s thrid loyalty ability is used and Dack does not get the extra shields. the other supports do.

I’m pretty sure it is working as designed. Vanguard cards say: “While it’s on the board, it can’t be affected by effects that don’t specifically name Vanguards as targets.” and Kasmina’s third ability doesn’t specifically name Vanguards as targets.
