Kaya Wrath doesn’t trigger without a creature on the players side.
According the the text, the card should give zero life and than destroy all creature, if the player has no creatures but the emeny has some. But it doesn’t.

@panneo historically, the developers have made cards like this NOT cast unless you have creatures in play… this makes these cards 100% worthless
Fraying Omnipotence will also not cast unless both players have creatures in play (and cards in hand).
This is not how paper MTG works.
Some cards work if you don’t have creatures in play yourself.. Akroma’s Vengeance, for example. [note to game designers: this is a GOOD thing, please do not fix Akroma’s Vengeance]
