Keruga, the Macrosage Companion effect [Can't reproduce]

I have a starting deck with only card with base mana cost 11 or greater.
However, “Keruga, the Macrosage” Companion effect did not triggered.
I think “Keruga, the Macrosage” Companion effect might be disabled by “chord of calling”.
Or it is just bugged.
