Known issue: Issue with Tergrid's Lantern card bundle

Hello everyone,

Our team noticed a problem with the Tergrid’s Lantern card, which was being offered in the Planechasing Fblthp event that started today 8/23/2023 at 14:00 UTC and would run until tomorrow 8/24/2023 at 08:00 UTC. When a player made the purchase of this card, the value of 250 Mana Crystals was removed from the account, but the player did not receive the card due to an error.

To prevent more players from purchasing this card’s bundle, we canceled the event and rescheduled another one like it, just removing the Tergrid’s Lantern card offer.

If you purchased this card and did not receive it, please send a message to customer service explaining to them what happened, they will be happy to help!

I’m sorry, but I had to chuckle. This is the exact same issue as the last time when you added this card to the vault. Apparently you are so well organized that this still isn’t fixed and you made the same mistake. That’s Oktagon for me :disappointed:
