Will, a small number of questions:
Can you give us any information as to what caused the no points bug and how it was fixed?
What is the likelihood of this happening again? (I’m pretty sure we’ve had this same thing happen before, not that long ago either.)
It’s great that it was fixed so quickly after you were made aware of it, but with the Christmas break coming up what is D3P doing to mitigate against similar things happening and not getting fixed because everyone’s on holiday?
