I plan to play Civil War, but won’t be able to grind the current Iso-8 event. If I join Civil War with my alliance will I still advance and contribute to their effort if I leave for the end of the Iso-8 event to allow a member from another one of our alliances to contribute?
Basically, does Civil War work like Galactus, where you are locked in with your alliance?
When you join the CW event, your score will be locked/tied to the alliance you’re in at that moment.
You can even leave the alliance, keep playing CW and your score will still count towards that alliance.

If you start CW waiting for an alliance when you find one will your points be added to the newly joined alliance or should I just sit and wait? I dont want to miss out on points but I dont want to not contribute to an alliance!
Your best bet is not to start the event until you’ve been added to an alliance.
