How about letting 3* and 5*'s Purple power (when at Lvl-5) allow it to destroy web tiles?
Web tiles have become a significant boost for some characters (Peter Parker, SpiderGwen, Miles, etc).
Strange’s Purple power at level-5 lets it remove trap tiles (while sometimes useful, it is NOT that often). If Web tiles were included in the difference between lvl-4 and lvl-5, I think that would be a significant incentive to boost it to lvl-5.
The problem I see is that web tiles are not owned by any team. They just sit out there. And while they can be used against you, they can also work in your favor depending on your own team.
That said, I think it’s not a bad idea to have more powers available that can remove web tiles. I just don’t think Eye of Agamotto is a good place to put that ability on as it’s supposed to eliminate enemy tiles.
Hybrid tech cutter seems like an appropriate place
