Each player has the option of putting 100 Iso into a Lotto pool and each week one lucky winner gets all of the Iso minus MPQ tax

The game already is a real lottery. Every pvp, hundreds of people kick in a few hundred HP worth of shields to get a token, and 10% lucky winners come away with a 5*
100 ISO gets you 1 ticket for the draw. 500 ISO gets you 6 tickets. 1,000 ISO gets you an arm length worth of tickets.
