So I can’t get into the lightning rounds at all. There is a thread in General, but figured I would add one here as well.
Missed out on the Hood and now the Doom rounds. They are grayed out and can’t be accessed. I still have the Villain purchase options in the HP Store, but I can’t play in the events.

This affected everyone. The lightning rounds sputtered and died. I don’t think you want all of us sending tickets 
Might as well bring this back up because the problem persists.
I already reopened my support ticket from last week. Again, I expect a resolution in two days. Har. Har.
