What did they have you do to get your account back? D3 support finally got back to me about my ticket and basically just said the devs are aware, wait until they do something. If you were able to get your account back it would seem that they are able to do something about it now.
So finally I was able to log in and play. I kept trying I didn’t get an email nothing saying it was fixed. So all you have to do is just keep trying to log in.
It finally worked for me. What I did is login to Facebook and click cancel when greeted with “you’ve already authorized..”. Login again to Facebook. that should work

Same for me, I was able to log in again about 2100 EST last night. I didn’t have to do anything special like try to log in with facebook. I just hit start when I was greeted with the first screen I described and it decided to work this time. If this was something the devs did to get us back in, Thank you. If it was just random chance, well, I am glad to be able to log in again.

@Brigby Starting yesterday night I have gotten the Facebook can’t log on error 3 times now. iPhone 6 running iOS version 10.3.3. The error pops up when starting the app up, I hit cancel then hit log on with Facebook from the title screen and then I log in just fine.
@Brigby Facebook Login is well documented as buggy and has cost multiple developers their contracts. For example see how Iron Maiden intervened to have the dev team fired from their very popular game after Facebook login wiped out and corrupted accounts over and over…
@Brigby experienced this FB login error for the first time today, after a few usual Something went wrong errors. Android 7
When I login again, the FB page responds just fine, but when it goes back to the game it goes bad again.

I forgot I had disabled the FB app, so I enabled it again thinking it might help but it does not, I still can’t log into the game anymore
yes this is exactly the error I encountered when I downloaded the app today
I have been locked out of the game for a bit over an hour can we get any information on what is going on and what Oktagon is doing to solve this, because it is really hard to stay positive about the game when I cannot get to my charges.
My wife is suggering this right now, about an hour sounds right.

I am on the same network and don’t have the same problem. But I did try connecting a different device to my Facebook account last night and it made a new dodgy beginner account instead. The Facebook code might be totally messed up right now.
But we need immediate help with the login issues.
I have an iPhone 6+ and this just happened to me about an hour ago. Just finished an event battle, got a bunch of oops msges, restarted the app and now I have the unable to connect to Facebook error. I’m fully updated and it’s been working fine until now.
Android Nexus 6, I was on the second phase of the third tier of Nicol Bolas, I won and then I got an error. Now I cannot login to game through Facebook.
Around 7pm Eastern central time, I tried to login. And was greeted with a error message, asking to retry or cancel. I’m on an android. I really enjoy this game, just want to get back online and playing again. Also, I didn’t login in with Facebook, just made an account, and started to play.
Sounds like the game decided to lock people out all at the same time doesn’t sound good, any news @Brigby ?
