I just lost hp for no apparent reason. I’ve also filed an ingame feedback due to the issue. Due to this I may not finish well in the Army of One event I am participating in because I’ll now not be able to shield.
Did you buy +3 boosts?
I didn’t buy anything. I looked at shield costs, then went back to battle and when I was on the node screen it acted like I had spent HP.
Along with submitting an in-game ticket, you may want to send a request to mobilesupport@d3p.us. This may increase the turnaround time for you to get a response/get help from CS.
