I tried to recover my account by connecting to Facebook, but it didn’t work. it found my account, but I think it’s overwritten it with a new game. I’ve tried contacting support about this but my email bounced back! ---

Did you email: **[support@d3go.com](mailto:support@d3go.com)** Tell them you old in game username and alliance name and supply a screen shot of your options page (the area that shows up after you press the cog icon) for your current new account. ---

oh I tried emailing [mpqsupport@d3go.com](mailto:mpqsupport@d3go.com), I’ll try it again without the “mpq”! ---

It doesn’t help that in multiple places they list the email address that **doesn’t work**. I updated all the articles I could find that had the MPQSupport@ email, to now just show the support@ email ---

Apparently you can’t edit really old messages. (ones posted in May) [MPQSupport@505go.com](mailto:MPQSupport@505go.com) is who you should email now.
