Lost my big box reward

i! I purchase the final reward of month and when i opened the big box, lost connection with internet..so when i start the game once again the big box reward dissapear and give me no option of open the boster packs

The cards wasnt in my colection because i had no new rare por mythic cards, plz try to solve this bug because i am really frustrated waiting thw end of the month forma this reward and i lost it

Some few day ago the same was with 2 rube packs but i dont post un that time, but now a big box can give really good cards

I have the same issue. I opened one pack from the 31-day fat pack reward, lost WiFi connection, and now have no way to access the remaining sealed packs. This game really needs a link to unopened pacos in the inventory list, or some other way to access unopened packs.

yes, same for me, lost the complete reward packs…

Same issue with my day 31 reward.

I couldn’t even claim my reward I don’t know what happened

The game sends those to your inventory. Just go and see if you have any new rares.
