I have lost my chat history and can not write anything 
Same here, Everything is gone. I play on steam for reference. I hope this gets fixed soon as I’m a commander and I need to be able to talk to people.
Android user, no chat for me either.
Amazon Fire user, alliance chat is also missing for me. Except for team-up requests, those still appear.
same here - using android tablet. Jeez, they haven’t even fixed the Recruit bug yet and now this pops up. Weird.

Steam - Win 7 sounds like a really mixture of platforms having the issue
Same here. I’m a Steam player but my fellows playing on mobile have the same issue
I can see my own sent chats, but one of my teammates reported (using a chat outside of the game) not being able to see anything I sent in-game. I suspect it’s the same for other teammates, but I can’t tell because no one but me has sent anything for 24 hours in-game.
Same problem here too i use s7 Phone
same problem here. steam user and not seeing what i am sending myself, just TU requests
