With the whole lollipop snafu, I had to do a factory reset on my nexus 7 and reinstall. That didn’t work, but the MPQ update did.
However, my profile is gone with all my characters and the $120 or so I spent.
Is there any way to get that back or am I screwed?
Did you have it linked to facebook? If so, just link to the same facebook account and it should restore from the facebook saved data.
If not, you should open a customer support ticket through the help button in the settings menu. They might be able to help you if you tell them your current in-game name, your previous one, and when you last played the previous account.
I’m having a similar situation with not having my save data after I re-installed the game. I do not have a Facebook and choose not to and I believe there should be other ways to save your progress especially after spending hard earned money on the game. I have a Google+ account and I submitted a ticket for my situation and just waiting on a reply.
