Will someone help me out with a LR schedule (in PST) please?

This should start at 3pm your time and every two hours after that.

Looking for an order of the rounds with a schedule (ie time Hood rounds start, DD round starts, etc).

Edit: and PST is 3 hours earlier, so 12EST is 9PST so they start at 9am PST.
