Make covers sell for enough to level a character of that grade

A 4* should sell for enough ISO to level a 4* from 269 to 270.
A 3* should sell for enough ISO to level a 3* from 165 to 166.
etc.

I think this would ease some of the complaining about getting a new cover that you already have at 5 covers with underleveled other colors.
