I’d categorize this as low priority.
Makeshift munitions reads “Whenever this support loses 1 shield, deal 1 damage to the first creature an opponent controls.”
When owned by the AI (as in the PvE node “Blood Sun”), I can match his support reducing it by one shield. When I do so, munitions will damage not my creature, but the AI’s first creature. I would assume the intended functionality would be that it would respect it’s ownership and not give a benefit to matches by the opponent.
I think the intended function would be that reducing the shield by one will damage the non-owner’s first creature.
It currently benefits whoever matches the support, regardless of who cast/owns it.
