The description on the card is clear, it should lose them during your turn but not during your opponent’s turn.
And it shouldn’t lose the reinforcements before your swap.
Also, it would help the functionality of the card if it would, prioritise landing on blue gems
In addition, it loses the reinforcements right after the phase where lands do their gem conversion and before your swap.
That means you can never get a second turn from the ability
Indeed, as it currently is, it’s a counterproductive POS. How dare they even charge for it. I want my money back.

@andrewvanmarle are you able to re-post this video? With Magosi no longer being exclusive, more people are running into this bug.
I did a little testing with Magosi, the Waterveil today. I did catch a bug, but it didn’t always replicate itself.
First, it seems to always work when you reinforce it by casting another copy from your hand. Videos here: https://imgur.com/a/lacrEPC
