Noticed this playing Web 2.0
When a web tile is collected both teams gain 1 purple (assuming Miles is alive), I would have assumed only the team making the match should trigger?
Web tiles have never been owned by anyone, like attack, shield, and strike tiles are. Think of them like QS Blue, when 2 QS’s are battling, a blue match by either team triggers both passives.
The power description simply states “when a web tile is matched”, it doesn’t imply that it needs to be by the friendly team.
