I’d rather play Florida on a loop than ever play this one again. Having to face nothing but mindless ones is not fun.
Also didn’t help today was win 15 matches with polaris

This. Chasm is the hero here. Chasm/Nova/May. Done. I will take Mindless over Florida any day of the week. Florida is a slog.
3a4 May, Cosmic Iron Man, 4a5 Coulson. All heroic clears except 1st easy node for daily missions, and no health packs used.

I didn’t bother with heroic on this one.
In fact, I just let my 7 year old pick a team.
She went with:
5* Goose, “Pecause kitties, yay”
Ready to ascend but haven’t 4* Rocket/Groot “he’s a funny puppy”
5* Dropbears “I mean, it’s a Koala”
Because “they’re the cutest!”
I then threw on Lucky, Low level AI, and the Milano for supports and that’s what I’ve been using.

Drop Bears + any two, Lucky, Atlantis, Taro. Fire green turn 1 usually, so you get rolling on turn two. Fastest I’ve ever gotten a strike over 1M, and with more regularity than I would have expected with no fortification. Bears healing from purple is good, too. More than makes up for the masochist part of the green.

I played Heroic with Kang, Deathlok and IM40 for the challenge nodes. Yellow supports all round. Pretty easy when there’s no tile movers. For the pick 2 nodes, I dropped Deathlok.
Red Skull alone makes this one super easy. He turns their countdown timers into his own timers that do damage.
