First and foremost, is this issue still occurring for you? If so, have you created a support ticket yet on this issue? If not you can do so by going to https://d3go.com/mobile-games-support and clicking on “Submit a Request”.
Do you have any screenshots (JPG or PNG) that you are able to share with us on what you are seeing?
