Missing rewards

Hey D3, just making this topic to see if I can get a bit of help.

I finished top 20 in both heroic venom events. I clicked on my alliance chat as I was being given my individual rewards and I think it messed my game up abit. I got my yellow cap cover, but then the loading icons started flashing and the game restarted. Ive gotten my alliance rewards and rewards from other events, but I have yet to get my red 3* cap cover, Iso, and HP from finishing top 20 yet. If you guys could resend it or whatnot that would be great!

Have you tried beating a Prologue mission? Sometimes that causes the missing rewards to show up.

Let me know if you get this resolved. I’m missing almost every award from all the events that ended Sunday (both venoms and bad is good). Support said they were investigating but I haven’t seen anything.
