I opened a heroic token, pulled a gold rocket & groot, sent a message on alliance chat, put my phone to sleep.
Opened the game a few hours later, no gold rocket & groot in my roster, and saw an unopened heroic token.
What gives?

Hmm. I apologise if I am asking the obvious, but what is the procedure to submit a ticket? I cannot find a way to do so on my app.
