The Monument cards from Amonkhet are supposed to give you three mana when you draw a creature card of a given color, but in testing one of them, I found it giving mana to a spell of the color as well.
The specific cards were Oketra’s Monument and Give No Ground. I’m not sure if this is a problem for all monuments, all non-creature spells, or what.
