I’ve noticed that wasp’s and switch’s passives that regenerate countdowns stop working after firing Mordo’s blue.
Ah you are right about wasp. This is not a bug
All true Bugs are insects, as are wasps. But wasps are not Bugs (Hemiptera), they are Hymenoptera. 
Also, I hope he’s talking about Mordo’s Purple ability, since his Blue (Vaulting Boots) does not steal enemy AP.
