The devs need to go back and rebalance weaker characters especially in the 5* tier.
2nd would be better rewards in PVP for progression with more CP especially since they took so much CP away from champ rewards. to go along with this would be an update to season rewards as they have been the same for a long time.
3rd create more alliance events as they typically receive the most praise and are typically the most fun.
4th rework supports in you get then and how you level them.

And when are those gameplay earned shards coming in, it’s been almost 2 months now with the reduced bonus/target cover rates.
It’s ISO crunch for me, only because that is my most pressing issue at the moment.
Covering new characters has become much more difficult as of late. I feel sorry for those with developing rosters trying to make that insurmountable leap. Given that, my unselfish vote would be some solution for dilution issues.
Supports need to get sorted the heck out… We got support circuit for a couple weeks before they remembered that they didn’t want to do supports… We never should have moved on to a “new feature” that was so anti-player (shards), while we still had a dead feature with no real address or comment (supports).
New events, Shard system, catching up on 5* feeders. There will always be more things I would like done but I feel they have made some good changes and efforts recently.
Bring back a tweaked version of Latest 12 that has the latest 10 characters with the option to let each player add two more characters that they want to be included in packs. This will help solve dilution.
Apply restrictions on CL1 to CL7 in pve so players with strong rosters that want to drop to weaker clearance levels would have to choose between being locked out of placement rewards and competing for placement rewards but having a level limit placed on characters. So a player with level 500 5* characters that drops to CL6 would see those 5* characters hit a max level of 270 for instance, or they could choose to use their level 500 characters but only play for progression rewards. This could also be done in pvp so players with a champed 5* that is tired of 5* MMR could play in CL7 where everyone’s best character is maxed at 300.
Change the way that you acquire and level supports. It’s idiotic that two of the only supports that I even care about, The Milano and Royal Talon Fighter, aren’t even available in packs anymore. I have 29 supports and most are 1* or 2* because that’s all the game will give me so I’m sitting on over 700k red iso since all of the supports I have are maxed out at their current level. Would be nice if I could use my red iso to level up my Milano since it’s been maxed out at a 2* level for like a freaking year.
I wish this were a checkbox poll because there are many issues that need addressing from this list. I picked slow down on new releases, since that’s where I’m at personally, but combating dilution, revamping supports, adding shards to progression and placement rewards, and rebalancing of characters are all very valid concerns. I do like the new events that have been added (Gwen Prix, the Spider-Man 2099 PvE, etc), so a little bit of progress is being made, but far more can be done.
I want something to do with the 15M ISO I’m sitting on. I have 2 motivation to chase ISO at this point, so no lightning rounds, and I often skip finishing nodes.
Communication. Everything else is going to be personal depending on where they are in the game. But I would really love better communication from D3 on this game and events occurring in it. Other mobile games communicate constantly but this game somehow barely communicates at all.
I didn’t explicitly, though one option was meant to imply that little to no communication is happening…perhaps I wasn’t clear enough on that front. I agree it’s a huge issue.
