OK, who’d like a shot at winning a boatload of Hero Points?!
Here’s the word from the Marvel Puzzle Quest Facebook page:
“The Marvel Puzzle Quest Hero Points Sweepstakes on Facebook is back! Find out more info here and share with your friends. For every friend that you sign up, get 5 bonus entries to increase your chances to win up to 40,000 Hero Points!”
So having 200 accounts on FB finally pays off. YAY!
Can’t we have something that does not include spamming throughout social networks to annoy people? Something that we, personally, could do and compete for the HP instead of begging around for it?
Complaining about Facebook accomplishes nothing. D3 relies heavily in word-of-mouth through social media to acquire new players. If anything, this is D3 begging (or rather, bribing) us to get more more people into the game. And that is not a bad thing, you know. New players are the lifeblood of a continuously-developing game.
I just can’t stand the fact to know that there is HP out there to grab but I cannot get some of it. Same feelings I had with the guys that where at the NYCC. I felt good for them, but I wanted to be part of it too
I don’t have a real Facebook account either; I only created one for my save games, and it has, I think, literally no actual information in it. It’s probably worth doing it just to be able to back up your save (I did it so I could play on my tablet and phone). All I do is back up saves and enter the MPQ contests, and it’s tied to an email dump account I only check occasionally anyway.
