Based on the way it says “This (3*) version of Cyclops,” I think it sounds like we might get a classic 2* Cyclops at some point later on. What do you all think?

Maybe classic Cyclops will be a 4*. They are going with the ‘leader’ theme there and he did lead the X-Men .

I’m with you guys, the new Cyclops are is absolutely horrible. He looked better in the 90’s x-Men cartoon sure, but even his X-Force costume or something earlier would have worked…

Actually, I just checked it in-game, and it’s not the same. It’s close, but still different. It could be artwork they just didn’t use, but we can all hope it points to an IW buff. 
Never liked him as a leader in the 80’s / 90’s. He whined a lot. Much prefer the more recent Cyclops, the one with the 'tude.
So with likely 2 and 3 star versions coming, will we have to differentiate between them on here by calling the 2* version Biclops and the 3* Triclops?
Also curious what his tiles will look like. His visor would probably just look like a line, and can’t use the X-Men symbol, as that’s almost certainly gonna be the Professor if/when he makes the game.

Cyclops sounds pretty cool but it’s a shame they
A) don’t actually have any new stories for him, which the article was sort of a painful reminder of
B) hurt nearly every player with nearly every new character release
Turning useless team-up tiles into very useful red tiles sounds pretty interesting as an ability, though.
