I’m looking forward to them since I enjoyed the GotG movie. I know that you’re about to hear complaints about so many characters so I’ll ask instead: is the rate of new characters due to having solved the “too many characters for heroic packs” issue? ---

I’m having a wide variety of responses to this announcement. ![icon_e_biggrin.gif](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex023/uploads/x505go/original/2X/9/9da0ce06e62533a4e29efe560c9926ab2566ea47.gif) It’s a new PVE story! ![icon_e_confused.gif](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex023/uploads/x505go/original/2X/7/7ea51214a061662864c1741b8b0231a922406de8.gif) It’s played twice, IN A ROW, to guarantee you’ll be sick of it. ![icon_e_smile.gif](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex023/uploads/x505go/original/1X/67bb473b5611f3e55d45572294b1a2a498a74c04.gif) The new characters seem pretty cool! Good color combos and looks like they could be fun to play. ![icon_e_sad.gif](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex023/uploads/x505go/original/2X/d/dec89758d5cdb6af674674dd0ec5ff3d149d9483.gif) But they’re three-star characters (I assume) and I’m rapidly running out of room in my roster. You know what, though? I’m going to go the optimistic route. It’s new PVE content. PRAISE BE UNTO THE SUN. Let’s just roll with that awesome news and deal with all the other stuff after we get to read I Am Groot a few billion times. ---

I know I’m in the minority when I say I love the influx of all the new characters - the main reason I play is as a collector - so as long as they give me more to collect, I’ll stay engaged in the game. Sure it makes it difficult to get all the covers, but you know what? I don’t NEED to get all the covers immediately… The only downside is the expense of new roster slots in my opinion…that should be capped at a reasonable cost - definitely no more than 500HP… As for this announcement - very psyched about the new characters, the new story, and annoyed with the fact that 4hor is a top prize - how am I gonna sleep (he said sarcastically)… ![icon_e_wink.gif](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex023/uploads/x505go/original/2X/5/5d51b9f29c53f0863247b0e9a4faa659012932d1.gif) ---

Interesting. While Gamora also sounds awesome (stun-punch, strikes, and spammy punch?), I’d’ve thought D3 wasn’t going to release yet another pair of new characters in back-to-back PVEs. That’s gonna be a bit unpleasant. Edit: nvm, misread – the first R&G-story PVE occurs between the RG-rewarding TaT PVE and the Gm-rewarding R&G2 PVE. In that case, BRING IT ON! ---

I like the influx of characters but it’d be even better if there’s a reason to use all of them. To be fair the last Simulator Basic I pretty much threw everyone I had at the Hard nodes and just hope someone would accidentally win and that turned out to work surprisingly well until you run out of characters. ---

I love getting new characters and have the opportunity to come up with new teams and combos. Having to buy new slots is a bit of a frustration but I’ve found I’m able to spend about $20 every 3-4 months and manage just fine. That’s a reasonable cost imo. ---

The bold is my biggest concern. I have a decent enough stash of HP for the foreseeable future, but the prices on slots 100+ are astronomical. Oh man, Am I the only one who is AGAINST it? There are many characters in thi game already! Devs, seriously - SLOW DOWN ! You are making progress in this game more and more sluggish. If I were new player right now, after seeing how many characters there are, I would quit in day 1. ---

Everything has been said already, I don’t know what to say or think. 1. The characters look cool, the abilities are yet to be tested. I’m still doubtful about Mystique… 2. As some already said, I’d like to get a life back and some sleep (4THor as Top prizing…) 3. Will they fix the scaling problem for the biggest rosters ? It’s quite obvious grinding Iso like hell will not be enough to cover all these characters from now on… I hope the new PvE will be cool to play. ---
