No green deck is complete without this Mythic.
Looks like you don’t understand the rules of MtGPQ uno edition. You can’t just play the dragon.
1st step - you have to pull another yellow or green card
2nd step - you play 3 cards of one color to gain mana to play the dragon
3rd step - you throw your pokeball and release the dragon.
