Why the hell do the devs think HOU events are desirable?
I am going to take a jab at it.
I bet when they ran the survey about what events people liked; HoD got a significant number of votes.
I say this because remember the DDZE event where coalitions voted to go with zendikar? Well zendikar hasnt won in a while. The forums are a mere pond compared to the ocean of players out there, it seems.

That’s three event from five sets ago, and one from two sets ago. Although I like having AWR this time, what’s the point? This schedule makes me consider quitting for good. Don’t Oktagon like their own events? Do they think they’re just bad at it? You can say a lot of things about Oktagon, but they at least made sure to design enough different events so they could at least chose what to run.. Well, they also didn’t have the bones of a previous developer they could recycle every other week.
I won’t spend another dime in the near future.
