I can confirm this problem started with my devices too. I got two daily rewards today and two chances at DDQ tacos because I switched devices. Unfortunately, neither gave me anything good. Luckily I noticed it before I did anything important.
Last Monday I lost 3 covers I added to Cyclops due to progression not saving and the covers are completely gone. Been working on a ticket with D3 but they keep asking for more details. Idk what else I can say. It doesn’t make sense and idk how or why it happened.
