Mysterious Hero deaths

I dont know whats happening. I logged in, and 6 of my best heroes were dead. The timer indicated that they were just killed that second. (i was not in the game the previous few hours)
When i restarted the game, 3 more died, and the death timer of the others did reset.

Now all my main heroes are dead, and it seems the revive timers are going crazy. they dont show progress, and when i go on detailed hero view i see their health regenerate but they are still considered dead. what is happening? did i catch some super-flu or something?
This is preventing me from playing. I will now wait a few hours and hope that they recover, but damn this is an annoying bug.
I already mailed 3D bug support, hope they can prevent this from happening in the future.

Check your system clock on your device. Don’t mess with it too much, or junk like that happens. Keep it set to autoupdate and you’ll be fine. It does really stink if you travel and cross time zones, though. In that case, disable the autoupdate and just rely on an incorrectly displayed clock.

You didn’t mess with the clock to try get health packs back faster did you?

One, it does not work.
Two, if it did work, it’s a no no.

However, if you did absolutely nothing, then your heros might have caught some super mutant legacy virus kinda thing.
