Nebula's Green power not being boosted by Okoye's Black

Nebula’s green power: … Deal 230 damage to the enemy team for each Strike, Protect, or Attack tile on the board…

So, Nebula’s is definitely a power. I had 10 Team-Up-AP, and there were 4 friendly tiles on the board. I would expect Nebula to do either 11,250 damage if Okoye’s bonus is applied at the end of all damage calculation (230x4 + 1033x10) or 42,240 damage if her bonus is applied to each individual damage calculation ((230 + 10330)x4).

Instead it did 920 damage (cue: sad_trombone.mp3).

This certainly might be a bug, but it also depends on which other characters were in the battle. I’d recommend sending in a ticket to Customer Support with any additional information you can recall.
