The nerf is live for me but i don’t ses any increased buy back prices for the characters. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am beginning to think their 30 Day refund policy took the place of the buy back option.

I think you could be right (though I sincerely hope you aren’t). This would stop HP farming by getting extra covers, and probably overall result in less people selling covers, meaning less HP injected into the economy. Good for D3, bad for players.
But basically they are saying we are offering NO compensation or options of recovery for any change to any character after that initial 30 day window.
Assuming there is no buy back for this round of nerfs.
*Also note: This additional refund does not apply to progression or placement rewards earned through PVE & Versus Events. The normal increased buyback, set up for any updated character, already takes these into account.

but nobody else? Rags (or Bagnarok as he’s called now) is still at the increased buy back price.
This would have been a critical time for D3 to have some communication to alleviate the already angered player base.
This better be just a mistake on their part.
That 30 day new policy doesn’t make up for us not getting HP from selling changed characters
I just checked my Bagnarok and his sale price is increased. Any clarification from the Devvteam would be appreciated.

Ragnarok’s increased sales price has been in effect for 10 days now (since they updated his blue), it’s not a new development today.
Hey guys, we’re aware of this issue and looking into. Expect an update tomorrow, and hopefully a full resolution.
