Spotted that I never got rewards from ‘versus’ events if I should get Heroic Tokens.
Always when I’ awarded Standard tokens (for ex. For Alliance score) and Heroic Tokens (for ex. For Personal score) I get ony reward where are standard tokens, never second one. Last situation was today when ‘season xxii’ end. I didn’t get reward for place 62 (no coins, crystals, command points and heroic tokens) but this is only last situation…
Because of that I lost rewards for few events

You should open a customer support ticket through the help section of the game or the link in these forums, and describe exactly the rewards you didn’t receive. They can re-issue them.
